Delivery and Setup Explained

What's Included?

The delivery fee includes delivery, setup of most items (excluding car seats, safety gates and other baby-proofing items), and pickup at the completion of a reservation. If we have to return to the property for any reason that is outside of our control, there will be an additional trip fee. Typically that fee is a one way delivery fee to your location.

What if I pick the Wrong Fee?

Don't stress it. We review each order and can help adjust the fee if needed. We will contact you to make sure we get your blessing on adjusting the rate in the off chance the wrong option is chosen by mistake.

Is there a free option?

Yes! You are welcome to pick up and drop off the equipment you'd like to rent from our home office. Select "Local Pickup" during checkout for a zero fee option! Our home office is located at
43 N. Freeman Drive, Pittsboro, NC 27312.

Anything We should Know?

We can't install car seats per policy. Our popular full size cribs are 'full size' and about 60lbs. We include a mattress, crib sheet and cover. Most second floor bedrooms are NO problem but circular staircases or tight situations might require flexibility on your behalf on where we're able to place equipment. Click to read our FAQ.

Rental Cars are awesome. Rental Car Car Seats are NOT awesome. They’re either not available or pretty much plain awful.
We have the solution at Triangle Baby Gear Rentals. You can rent car seats from us and we can coordinate delivery directly to you at your rental car offices when you arrive. Land, get your luggage, and shuttle over to Alamo (or Enterprise, or Budget, whatever!) and we can meet you there.
We pride ourselves on being timely, adaptable and flexible on airport deliveries. Delayed? Plane change? Text us on the way as you can and we’ll figure out how to make it work.
